What data, and where it comes from
The data you share through the contact form (name, company, email, phone). For business prospecting: public company data from the French SIRENE register (INSEE) and Google Business — never data bought from brokers.
What it is used for
Answering your requests, preparing quotes, and offering our services to businesses whose activity matches — a single message, with immediate one-click unsubscribe.
For how long
Prospecting data with no follow-up is deleted after 3 years at the latest. Unsubscribe requests are applied immediately and kept so we never contact you again.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection: write to us and your request is handled within 30 days. You may contact the CNIL if you believe your rights are not respected.
